Job Description

• Manage daily cash flow and ensure optimal liquidity levels for operational needs.
• Assist in the execution of foreign exchange transactions and other financial instruments.
• Prepare detailed reports on treasury activities, including cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to support the company's treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
• Support the implementation of treasury management systems to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to reconcile financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans related to treasury activities.

The Successful Applicant

• A background in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
• Candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow are welcome to apply
• Prior exposure to FX trading, cash management and trade finance is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin as the role is required to liaise with stakeholders in China on a daily basis and handle relevant documents
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and committed to meeting deadlines and achieving goals
