Job Description

The successful candidate will work with Professor Zhang Jin-Ting on equal distribution testing for high-dimensional data and functional data under the projects:

- "Tests for High-Dimensional Covariance Matrices" and

- "Distance-based Approaches for Equal distribution Testing for High-dimensional Data"

The main responsibilities of the position include:

- To conduct intensive simulations for methods developed by Dr. Zhang

- To conduct some other work related to the research conducted in the project

- To draft research manuscripts in English

Qualifications

Qualifications / Discipline:

- PhD in Statistics

Skills:

- Proficient in statistical software such as MATLAB and R

- Experienced in conducting large-scale simulation studies using both tools

- Strong English essay writing skills

Experience:

- 0-3 years of experience
