Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Business Integrity, Legal, and Commercial teams to implement and support business integrity initiatives across projects and investments.
• Conduct business integrity due diligence on partners, vendors, and investments-including ongoing monitoring, updates, and documentation of findings.
• Support the review, maintenance, and implementation of corporate governance frameworks, internal policies, and compliance procedures related to business integrity.
• Assist in investigations of integrity-related issues, including gathering facts, supporting root cause analysis, and tracking follow-up actions and remediation efforts.
• Contribute to the development and drafting of business integrity training materials for internal stakeholders and investment teams to raise awareness and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related discipline (e.g., Compliance, Business, or Governance).
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.
• Possesses strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
