Location: Jurong East (10mins walk from MRT)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, office hour
Salary: From $2,500/month (Depending on qualifications & experience)

Transport Allowance: Up to $110/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing renovation procedures, technical documentation, and project standards
• Coordinate project schedules with supervisors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
• Prepare and follow up on purchase requisitions, maintain project records and documentation
• Conduct on-site checks, assist with incident investigations, and ensure adherence to safety, ISO, and environmental compliance standards

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a relevant field
• Exposures OR experience with renovation or facilities-related projects is highly advanatages
