Job scope
ACCOUNT AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Daily Task
1 Prepare condo folders and keycards.
2 Prepare top ups and send to condo/ Raeburn/ Amber.
3 Assist in arranging logistic schedule.
4 Request and follow up meter reading in meter reading group.
5. Prepare monthly and check out utilities Invoices.
6. Check, send and reply emails, follow up utility invoice payments.
7. Cash settlement for Amber and Raeburn.
8. Update information in CRM. (Customer Relation Management)
7. Daily attendance of Office Staffs (Back office)
8. Update inventory and furniture movements with operation team.
Weekly Task
1 Create invoice in Xero system once approved by reporting manager.
2 Prepare utilities invoice to clients (in excel format)
Monthly task
1 Office monthly stock check.
2 Raeburn and Amber monthly stock check.
3. Maintain excel spreadsheet for the inventory (Raeburn/Amber/Office)
Ad hoc task
1.Cover reception desk at Amber (ISA Hotel)
2. Prepare procurement for Raeburn/ Amber/ Condo and office
3. Arrange moving in or out of furniture (via our company van)
4. Prepare refund of deposit (Relief colleague).
5. Reconciliation of bank statement (Relief colleague).
6. Daily reporting of Amber and Raeburn cash settlement.
7.Manage Raeburn reception desk/housekeeping inspection. (Relief colleague)
