We're looking for a resourceful, imaginative Creative Producer to help bring our content to life, from initial concept to final delivery. You'll play a central role in shaping ideas, managing production logistics and keeping creative projects aligned across creators, editors and clients. • Detail-driven: From pre-prod docs to shoot notes, you track the little things that make the big picture work.
• Collaborative and confident: You know how to manage a process, not just people. You support creators, not control them.
• Calm and solution-oriented: You handle shifting schedules or creative roadblocks without drama, just action plans.
• Fluent in content culture: You're not just familiar with TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts, you also understand how to capture attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the content team by managing pre-production workflows (briefs, concepts, call sheets)
• Own production timelines, ensuring creative output stays aligned with scope and deadlines
• Coordinate shoots or filming days (remote and in-person), making sure creators have what they need
• Translate creative concepts into actionable plans, from scripts to asset requests
• Liaise between content creators, editors and client teams to maintain clarity and momentum
• Flag potential production challenges early and offer smart, creative solutions
• Keep an eye on content trends and bring fresh references or formats to the table

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in creative production, content coordination or similar
• Solid understanding of short-form content formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Experience working with creators, editors or media/marketing teams
• Strong organisational skills and familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion
• Excellent communicator - clear, respectful and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
