Retail Assistant (JEM)

Join one of Singapore's most exciting lifestyle brands! We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented Retail Assistants to support daily store operations at our JEM outlet. You will play a key role in delivering a fun, trendy, and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product queries
• Replenish and organize shelves to maintain a clean and visually appealing store
• Operate POS system for checkout and returns
• Support stock-taking, receiving, and backroom duties
• Maintain overall cleanliness and tidiness of the retail area
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior retail experience preferred
• Able to work rotating shifts and 6 days/week
• Comfortable with physical retail duties (standing, restocking, etc.)
• Friendly, energetic and enjoys interacting with people
• Able to start immediately or within short notice

Working Hours (Rotating Shifts):

• 8:00 AM / 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
• 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
  (6 days work week)
