• 1-year traineeship journey
• Master the fundamentals of vessel operations and resource planning
• Supervising quay side activities to coordinating and managing the container yard activities using the latest Terminal Operations System.
• Develop strong leadership and communication skills as you manage and motivate a team of equipment specialists to ensure plans are well-executed, meeting critical service levels in a dynamic environment.

Other information:

• Office air con environment BUT once in a while to head down to port for checks physically
• Location: Near to Vivo city/Pasir Panjang/Tuas (unable to choose location, supervisor will try their best to assign to a nearer location)
• Working Hours: 12 hours shift

1. Day - 7.30am to 7.30pm.
2. Night - 7.30pm to 7.30am.

Requirements:

\t• You should have a local polytechnic diploma

\t• You must be willing to perform shift duties.
