Job Responsibilities:
- Develop advertising strategies, manage and optimize campaigns for regional markets (primarily Singapore and Southeast Asia);
- Plan full-funnel media strategies based on client business needs (across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) and prepare comprehensive English-language proposals;
- Support the business team in client pitches and deliver English presentations of media plans;
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports and optimization recommendations;
- Work closely with local sales and social media teams to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness;
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between China HQ and overseas teams to enhance workflow and joint business growth.
Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising optimization and media planning, with the ability to independently craft media proposals;
- Familiar with major advertising platforms' strategy, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising optimization
- Solid analytical and logical thinking skills; comfortable working with campaign data
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables and charts
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment
