We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Supervise site personnel and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Oversee project close-out, including punch lists, inspections, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
