Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Project Manager with strong experience in mall renovation and fit-out works. You will lead the full cycle from kickoff to handover, ensuring compliance with mall regulations, brand requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client representatives, mall management, consultants, and internal teams
• Lead site surveys, permit applications, and method statement preparation
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules with mall-restricted work hour considerations
• Coordinate with design, QS, procurement, and subcontractors for smooth execution
• Supervise site progress, safety, and quality control
• Manage budget, variations, and project claims
• Conduct RI & POI inspections and lead project handover.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out, especially in mall or retail projects
• Strong knowledge of local mall regulations, submission protocols, and permit systems
• Excellent coordination and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD (basic)
• Fluent in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus for dealing with regional vendors)
• Willing to travel across Singapore / SEA for site supervision.
