Job Requirements:
- Attend to all corporate guest request and ensure that they are fulfilled to guest's satisfaction according the highly prescribed standards.
- Demonstrate an enjoyment and enthusiasm for work through effective relationships with other staff and adopting a ''Can-do'' approach to all tasks assigned
- Review all in-house, arriving and departing VIP guests on a regular basis
- Handle all guest's requests & enquiries in a professional manner
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
- Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
- Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
- Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in hotel/restaurant environment
- Customer-service oriented personality
- Proficient with MS Office Applications
- Cheerful and self-motivated with positive working attitude
