Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials.
• Issue items from the store accurately and promptly, based on job or department requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records using the company's inventory system.
• Perform regular stock checks and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
• Keep the storeroom clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Ensure safe handling and proper storage of materials and equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for stock availability and delivery matters.
• Assist in purchasing or collection of spare parts and consumable items when necessary.
• Support in monthly stock-taking and annual audits.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

✅ Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Familiar with stock control procedures and basic inventory systems.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Meticulous, organized, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written).
• Physically fit and capable of lifting or moving goods.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License is a must.
• Forklift license is an advantage (but not mandatory).
