Your job will involve :

• scheduling and coordinating appointments
• meeting and greeting patients
• registering patients accurately
• crowd control and anticipating needs of patients
• explaining the bill and collecting payment
• filing insurance on behalf of patients
• plenty of emailing, calling and messaging for coordination of care
• simple housekeeping of the clinic
• assisting in any miscellanous duties assigned.

Your working hours will be :

• Mon - Fri : 8.45 am - 5.30pm
• Sat : 8.45 am - 1pm
• Sun and Public Holiday : None
