Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, proactively seeking opportunities to expand business.
• Acquire new clients through active market development and networking.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
• Conduct in-depth client research and analysis to develop optimal reinsurance solutions.
• Manage day-to-day account management tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.
• Identify and address account concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to inform strategic improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, insurance).
• 3-4 years of experience in reinsurance broking or underwriting.
• Strong understanding of the international reinsurance market, with a focus on Southeast Asia.
• Proven track record of managing large facultative reinsurance accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
