We are hiring immediately for an exceptional Key Account Executive / Manager (Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese Speakers) who possesses a high level of selling skills and is hungry for success.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Singapore with some work-from-home flexibility, for a Key Account Executive / Manager - Japan and HK Market. You need to be self-driven and sales-savvy team player is able to interact with others effectively and work under pressure within tight deadlines to deliver sales results.

The Key Account Manager will handle day-to-day account management, develop and execute business plans, provide exceptional customer service, and manage key accounts.

The ideal candidate:
  • The languages are essential for client communications
  • 1 year of experience in an Crypto/FX Sales/Retention role or any form of sales (is a plus)
  • Experience in financial products or from a financial industry would be ideal but not compulsory.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in brief business competitor analysis and ability to be proactive in maintaining business relationships.
  • As this is a sales position, we are looking for individuals who are used to working in a number-driven performance environment and experience in achievements in any sales targets would be ideal.
  • Eager to learn new things fast and to have regular training
  • Team player
  • Result oriented and self-motivated person
