Job description

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Qualifications

Job responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, expense management, event and budget management).
  • Mentor and guide other Administrative Business Partners across the region.
  • Establish partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization. Make decisions using the judgment and discretion in ambiguous, and time-sensitive situations.
  • Understand the business and their people needs, identify process or operational improvements to allow the business to run efficiently.
  • Exhibit a commitment to maintaining confidentiality . serve as a subject-matter-expert for questions on internal systems and policies.

Minimum qualifications

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment or experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and planning, executing and managing site-wide initiatives.

Preferred qualifications

  • 8 years of experience working in executive support.
  • Experience in calendar management over international time-zones, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
  • Ability to navigate an ambiguous environment along with collaboration and communication skills across a varied range of people and job functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently along with project management skills.
