• In charge of operations and manage centre to meet MOH's standards of service deliverables.
• Provide financial counselling on available care schemes.
• Ensure client safety, track care plan outcomes, and conduct multidisciplinary case reviews.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors and hygiene/personal care standards and review programs to align with evolving eldercare needs
• Manage budgets, inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility cleanliness.
• Faciliate volunteer group to support activities in the centre.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing or relavant
• At least 3 years relevant experience in surpervisory roles
• Good public relations and communication skills
