Overview: Are you passionate about creating impactful user experiences and supporting dynamic loyalty programs? We're looking for a motivated Junior Loyalty & Product Operations Executive to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a fast-growing digital rewards platform, where you'll be involved in product enhancement, sales operations, and backend support to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of our loyalty tools.

What You'll Do:

Support loyalty program operations and product enhancements for a digital rewards platform, focusing on backend support, process improvement, and user management.

Key Responsibilities

• Loyalty Product Support: Assist with enhancements, UI/UX review, rollout.
• Voucher Ops: Manage orders, limits, issue resolution.
• Training: Create materials, run sessions, refine processes.
• Reporting: Generate usage reports, reconcile data.
• User Support: Manage platform access, handle queries.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
• Fresh grads welcome; relevant experience a plus.
• Basic cloud knowledge (e.g. AWS).
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
