Key Responsibilities

• AI Innovation & Integration
  Lead research and development in LLMs, LMMs, RAG systems, and agent architectures enhanced with long-term memory for continuous learning and multi-session reasoning.
• Research & Publication
  Publish cutting-edge work in top-tier AI conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CVPR, ACL). Contribute to the open-source community, secure patents, and share datasets and model implementations.
• Application & Impact
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply theoretical breakthroughs to real-world challenges, bridging research with enterprise adoption in Southeast Asia and beyond.
• Emerging Trends & Strategy
  Monitor global AI advancements to inform internal strategy and help shape the future of self-evolving AI systems under the AIG framework.

Essential Qualifications

1. Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge in Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning
• Familiarity with advanced architectures including autoregressive LLMs, Vision Transformers, Diffusion Models, and retrieval-based memory systems
• Proficiency in PyTorch and experience building intelligent agent systems with persistent memory or RAG integration

2. Academic & Research Background

• Track record of publishing at major conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CVPR, ACL, EMNLP, etc.
• Experience developing large-scale language or vision-language models is highly desirable

3. Programming Skills

• Proficient in Python, with working knowledge of C++ or Java
• Comfortable in Linux-based development environments

4. Soft Skills

• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across a global team

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
• Recognized achievements in AI competitions, open-source projects, or large-scale deployments

Bonus Skills

• Hands-on experience with distributed training, data pipeline design, and deep learning production deployments
• Strong mathematical foundation and proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, to support technical documentation and cross-functional communication
