• Partner with sales and product teams to address client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop technical proposals and conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) sessions to demonstrate solution capabilities.
• Present solutions and lead technical workshops for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

• Practical experience with Palo Alto security solutions.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Solid knowledge of security architecture, OSI and TCP/IP models, network protocols, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Proficient in implementing and supporting security tools, including firewalls and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on technical experience in the IT security sector.
