As an Manager - Learning System, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Define the strategy and roadmap for the organisation's Learning Management System, aligning with the Key Outcomes, and set the overall direction in collaboration with the System Lead and System Owner.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on onboarding new course administrators, course development, and enrolment processes.
• Identify and develop new use cases for the Learning Management System, including research and innovation in courseware development.
• Lead procurement processes, contract evaluation, and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
• Oversee, support, and collaborate with the Learning System Support team in daily operations, while fostering a positive and effective working environment.
• Guide the Learning System Support team in achieving the Key Outcomes.
• Conduct periodic UI/UX evaluations to enhance system usability and user satisfaction.
• Serve as the liaison with the vendor regarding system enhancements, and assist with usability reviews and other relevant communications.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a min Degree in any related discipline
