Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for department sales and profit budgets
• Manage and provide guidance to the landscape team
• Design landscape and interiorscape work
• Understand customer's requirements, estimate costs, prepare tender quotation
• Prepare project maintenance schedules and reports
• Project co-ordination and site inspections
• Supervise and manage subcontractors and site workers
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Horticulture or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' related experience
• Must be dynamic, pro-active and meticulous
• Strong leadership quality
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Possess good command of written and spoken English
