MANAGER
BEAUTY & MIND WELLNESS SPA
- Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines
- Plan or direct spa services and programs
- Train staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities
- Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work
- Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency
- Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards
- Perform accounting duties, such as recording daily cash flow, preparing bank deposits, or generating financial statements
- Recruit, interview, or hire employees
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Curate and update the spa's menu of services, including treatments, packages, and pricing, to stay competitive and meet client demands
- Ensure the spa is clean, organized and in compliance with health regulations
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to increase profits and manage costs
- Ensure we comply with all employment laws and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of spa facilities and equipment to ensure everything is in optimal condition and to enhance the client's experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep knowledge of spa treatments, health and wellness practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Able to work on weekend, PH.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
