Job Responsibilities

• Drive new business by identifying, developing, and closing solution-based sales opportunities
• Manage both short and long sales cycles with a hands-on approach
• Understand and communicate the technical value of our services to customers effectively
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Execute a structured and effective sales process, from lead generation to contract closure
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful deal execution
• Deliver measurable sales outcomes based on contract value

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solution sales and managing full sales cycles
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and structured with a "hunter" mindset
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel within the region and internationally
• Familiarity with IT solutions
