As a trusted name in whole-brain development with 16 centres islandwide, we are now looking for Management Trainees with a heart for education and the drive to grow into future leaders of our teaching department.

About the Role

The Management Trainee - Teaching Department position is a structured 12-24 month program designed to groom passionate individuals into effective academic leaders. You'll gain hands-on classroom experience, participate in curriculum development, learn centre operations, and eventually take on supervisory responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Undergo structured abacus-mental arithmetic trainer certification
• Teach classes (online & physical) to develop hands-on experience
• Learn student assessment, parent communication, and class management
• Shadow senior trainers and centre supervisors
• Support centre-level academic and training initiatives
• Receive coaching in leadership, performance management, and training delivery
• Rotate through functions (e.g., curriculum, quality control, events)

✅ Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Early Childhood, Business, or related fields
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
• Strong passion for teaching and people development
• High emotional intelligence, communication, and leadership potential
• Open to working on weekends (essential for education centres)
• Committed to learning, contributing, and growing with the company
