Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Overall-in-charge of a team of technical officers and site technicians as the role of Operations Manager to oversee day to day facilities operations in an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Contract.
- Responsible for overall maintenance and operation outcomes based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as necessary to continuously improve performance. Manage conflicts, disputes, ground issues and improve working relationships as necessarily.
- Ensure all maintenance, A&A, construction, or BI works on site are compliant to Safety, Statutory Requirements and Regulations.
- Attend and present in regular maintenance meetings on behalf of the Company with Clients and Clients' Representatives.
- Prepare monthly maintenance reports and other irregular reports such as Building Inspection Reports, expenditure / budget reports, fault analysis and defect trends when required.
- Assist and support internal and external stakeholders in urgent works, auditing functions, inspections, consultancy works, project works involving BI and site operations.
- Perform periodic inspections such as building inspections, slope inspections
- Ensure facilities expenditure and budget allocations are monitored as well as identifying opportunities to implement cost-savings measures and improve resource efficiencies.
Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline from a recognized tertiary establishment or above and at least 5 years of relevant working experience providing integrated facilities management services for a commercial office property or a multi tenanted building with at least 100,000m2 of GFA; or
- 8 years of relevant working experience providing integrated facilities management services for a commercial office property or a multi-tenanted building with at least 100,000m2 of GFA.
- In addition, the FM shall have at least 1-year experience in providing integrated facilities management services with the Contractor.
- As an alternative to academic qualifications, the proposed FM can have tier 2 CFME accreditation.
