About the role

• Reporting to a Product Lead/Product Manager within the NPD organisation, you will:
• Define requirements for MyDyson App, prioritise development tasks for App Delivery teams, and ensure cross-team alignment on tasks across multiple backlogs.
• Manage expectations of feature delivery with key stakeholders across the business.
• Work to Agile practices, supporting teams as they continually look to improve flow.
• Contribute to the vision and roadmap of the MyDyson App as part of the broader Product team.

About you

• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable with a high change environment.
• Excellent personal organisation, with proven ability to take requirements, generate a plan, and execute against it
• Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team on challenging project outcomes
• Comfortable in engaging with multiple stakeholders (technical and non-technical)

Essential

• Experience in using Scrum and SAFe frameworks for software development
• Working knowledge of key tools - including Confluence, Jira, Figma, etc
• Aptitude for project planning and execution, from initiation to completion
• Ability to influence others and communicate the impact at senior levels across the organisation
• Experience building partnerships with colleagues from technical and non-technical disciplines

Desirable

• A Bachelor's or advanced degree is preferred, or equivalent experience
