• Leads the team of QS for tenders and projects

• Preparation of construction contracts and negotiation of revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors

• Preparation of tender submission and pre-tender pricing verifications

• Site verifications of variation and taking records for submission of claim

• Preparation of contracts

• Preparation of final accounts

• Monitors the cost on all phases of planning and construction with the parties concerned

• Work closely with PM in preparing monthly updated project progress and costing

• Working experience in a main contractor firm is an advantage

• Meticulous and able to work independently

• Any other duties that assigned by a superior.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
