Diginut Pte Ltd, a dynamic retail company managing Sparkle and Gadget Mix, is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager to lead our multi-brand warehouse operations and supply chain management.

The candidate will be responsible for optimizing logistics processes and ensuring seamless inventory flow across our retail outlets.
候选人将负责优化物流流程,确保库存在各零售门店之间高效流转。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination for multiple retail outlets.
  负责日常仓库运营,库存控制及物流协调,服务于多个零售门店。
• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  制定并执行供应链战略计划,提高运营效率并降低成本。
• Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and international sourcing.
  管理供应商关系,进行合同谈判,并协调国际采购业务。
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company SOPs.
  确保进出口文件及国际贸易法规的合规性。
• Drive digital transformation through ERP/WMS system enhancements and warehouse automation.
  推动 ERP/WMS 系统升级及仓储自动化,实现流程数字化。
• Lead and mentor the warehouse team to achieve performance KPIs.
  带领并培训团队,确保各项运营 KPI 达标。

Requirements / 任职要求

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  供应链管理,物流,商务或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• At least 8-10 years of warehouse & supply chain management experience in the retail industry.
  8-10 年零售行业仓储及供应链管理经验。
• Proven track record in multi-brand retail operations and international supply chain coordination.
  具备管理多品牌零售运营及国际供应链协调的成功经验。
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, inventory optimization, and data analytics.
  熟练掌握 ERP/WMS 系统,库存优化及数据分析。
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  具备优秀的领导力,谈判能力及解决问题的能力。
