Job Description & Requirements

Our client, a leading payments infrastructure provider, is looking for an experienced Terminal Deployment Manager to lead the rollout and support of PayCube payment terminals across enterprise clients. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on smooth deployment, team management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end terminal deployment - from planning to execution

• Set and improve deployment standards, SLAs, and KPIs

• Lead and train a team on installation and troubleshooting procedures

• Resolve complex technical issues and ensure PCI-DSS compliance

• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Customer Experience) for process improvement

• Manage relationships with vendors, logistics partners, and enterprise clients

• Track performance metrics and report deployment progress

Requirements:

• 8+ years in field operations, with at least3 years in terminal/POS deployment

• Strong experience in managing large hardware rollouts

• Knowledge of payment security standards (e.g. PCI-DSS)

• Technical expertise in POS hardware/software and networking (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, cellular)

• Familiar with CRM tools and deployment management systems
