Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bar operations including ingredient prep, opening/closing duties, and inventory tracking.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and customer requests.
• Engage customers with product knowledge, introducing new drink offerings and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area through routine housekeeping tasks.
• Provide attentive, professional service and assist with any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level with Basic Food Safety & Hygiene certification.
• Prior bartending experience with knowledge of drink preparation techniques and tools.
• Self-driven with a customer-first attitude, strong initiative, and professional grooming standards.
