- Handle monthly payroll using Times Software
- Manage HR systems, including leave records and employee files
- Apply, renew, and cancel work passes on the MOM portal
- Prepare HR documents like offer letters and contracts
- Maintain HR reports for management
- Oversee daily HR and admin tasks
- Handle government-related surveys (e.g. MOM)
- Support management with ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in HR or related field
- At least 2 years of HR and admin experience
- Good with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Good communication and people skills
- Responsible and a team player
