We are a growing supermarket company with several outlets across Singapore. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a responsible and proactive team player to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle monthly payroll using Times Software
  • Manage HR systems, including leave records and employee files
  • Apply, renew, and cancel work passes on the MOM portal
  • Prepare HR documents like offer letters and contracts
  • Maintain HR reports for management
  • Oversee daily HR and admin tasks
  • Handle government-related surveys (e.g. MOM)
  • Support management with ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in HR or related field
  • At least 2 years of HR and admin experience
  • Good with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Responsible and a team player
