We are partnering with a well-established global business in commodities sector for a Head of Finance role. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the financial management of operations across multiple SEA countries.

This individual will drive strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while also leading systems improvement initiatives and developing high-performing finance teams across the region. The role is commercial in nature and will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and trading teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• Background in commodity trading, logistics, or similarly fast-paced industries.
• Strong command of IFRS or global accounting standards.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with finance system optimization is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-country operations and lead cross-cultural teams.
• Excellent communication, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
