Responsibilities

• Provide counsel and legal support on a variety of legal matters, including matters that may be complex or may have some impact in one of your specialized field in listed fields as below (especially in bold focus fields)

2. Incorporation and Restructuring
3. Real Estate
4. Settlement of Dispute
5. Labor Law
6. Compliance
7. Finance
8. Intellectual Property
9. Venture
10. Wealth Management

• To be a trusted adviser to the clients by ensuring that commercially sensitive, pragmatic and practical legal support and advice is provided in a cost-effective manner
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Law
• At least 2 years post qualification experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and supportive personality
