WE ARE LOOKING FOR ACCOUTS CLERK TO HANDLE BASIC ACCOUNTS AND PAYROLL PROCESS FOR OFFICERS AND TO MANAGE SALARY CALCULATION DAYILY/ MONTHLY.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll Processing:
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule, including generating payroll reports, bank upload files, CPF submissions, and payslips preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as CPF, IRAS, and MOM guidelines.
  • Handle year-end employment income submissions to IRAS and manage IR21 tax clearance for foreign employees.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees/ security officers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Any others accounts related duties as assigned by Director

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Human Resources or relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • willing to work 6days a week.
