Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute trade marketing strategies that drive sales, visibility, and brand presence across retail and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in category management, channel development, and in-store promotional activities within the beauty or FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement trade marketing plans to support sales growth across retail and wholesale channels.
• Develop promotional calendars, merchandising strategies, and POS materials.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure trade campaigns align with business objectives.
• Analyze channel performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize trade marketing initiatives.
• Negotiate with retail partners for premium product placements and visibility.
• Monitor trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
