Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR & Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing, branding, and public relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in storytelling, media relations, influencer engagement, and brand campaigns, with a proven ability to enhance visibility and brand reputation in the beauty & lifestyle sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and PR strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategy, content creation, and online campaigns.
• Organize and oversee PR events, product launches, and collaborations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PR and Marketing, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong network of media and influencer contacts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical ability.
