About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO's Office, this is a unique opportunity to work at the core of brand transformation and visual innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual content strategies across digital platforms (social media, website, campaigns, etc.)
• Produce a wide range of compelling visual assets: videos, motion graphics, photography, infographics, short-form reels, and branded materials
• Collaborate closely with the CEO's Office to align content with strategic goals
• Drive creative direction and bring fresh ideas that make the brand stand out in the education and edtech space
• Monitor content performance and use insights to refine creative approaches
• Maintain consistency in brand visuals and messaging across all channels
• Manage content timelines independently from ideation to execution

What We're Looking For

• A genius visual storyteller with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding
• Highly independent and self-driven, with a proactive mindset
• Strong portfolio showcasing content across various formats and platforms
• Deep understanding of visual trends, audience behaviour, and digital engagement
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Prior experience in education, media, creative agency, or startup environments is a plus

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Design, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in content creation, visual storytelling, or digital branding
• Bonus if you're skilled in animation, UI/UX, or photography
