Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of engineering projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, adjusting plans proactively to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Track project KPIs, manage risks, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Deliver clear, concise project updates and reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Optimise resource allocation-manpower, budgets, equipment-to drive efficiency.
• Cultivate strong client partnerships to support long-term business growth.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing complex M&E projects from design through to commissioning.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in mission-critical projects such as data centres.
