职责:

• 协助厨师准备膳食原料,包括清洗,清洁,去皮,切割和切碎水果,蔬菜,家禽和肉类
• 清洗并存放所有烹饪用具,仪器,器具,切菜板和盘子
• 确保备餐区域清洁卫生
• 在厨房妥善整理和存放食品
• 维持厨房清洁卫生,符合食品安全标准。
• 公司分配的任何其他临时职责
