About Our Client

My client is a global provider of end-to-end fiber optic and connectivity solutions, serving hyperscale data centers, telecommunications providers, and industrial infrastructure customers.

Job Description

• Define and execute long-term product and market strategies for assigned product lines.
• Own the full product lifecycle - from roadmap planning, NPI, to end-of-life decisions.
• Set pricing strategies based on cost, volume, and market dynamics.
• Lead product-related sales enablement and internal training efforts.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track and optimise financial performance of new product launches.

The Successful Applicant

• About 5 years of experience in commerical & product marketing, product management, or strategy roles.
• Proven knowledge of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategy.
• Strong understanding of optical networking, fiber solutions, or telecom-related products.
• Experience operating in global/matrix environments; willing to travel regionally (about 30%).
