Job Profile Summary:
Join Prudential as a Program Delivery Specialist where you will play a pivotal role in driving and implementing enterprise transformation projects and strategies. You will work closely with program stakeholders to enhance market competitiveness and operational efficiency through investments in systems, distribution, people, and processes.
Key responsibilities include shaping the agenda and tracking the progress of overall project delivery and key digital transformation/change initiatives to leapfrog PACS in this digital age. You will be instrumental in developing innovative products, upskilling sales teams, and implementing advanced customer engagement platforms.
A critical aspect of your role will involve working within a new organisational model with local business units (LBU), strategic pillars, enablers, and other stakeholders to ensure successes can be replicated at pace and scale. You will collaborate with the Strategy Transformation Office (STO) at both group and LBU levels, acting as a catalyst and enabler to drive group-wide transformation and facilitate execution to achieve the programme's goals.

Project Planning and Execution:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, including defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues.
- Ensure that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within PACS / Prudential Group, including business leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to ensure project success, while adhering to Prudential risk management framework and local regulatory requirements.
Change Management:
- Support in driving organizational change by effectively communicating project goals, progress, and impacts to all stakeholders within PACS / Prudential Group and facilitating adoption of new processes and technologies.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints, in accordance with Prudential's financial guidelines and budget allocations.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure quality standards for project deliverables are upheld, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high-quality outcomes, in alignment with PACS / Prudential Group quality assurance standards and requirements.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and documentation for project stakeholders within PACS / Prudential Group, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement, implement best practices, and foster a culture of innovation within the project team, aligned with Prudential continuous improvement initiatives and strategic priorities.

Role Requirements / What You Bring to the Team:
You are an experienced project delivery professional with a proven track record in leading medium to large-scale, change and transformational initiatives. Your expertise in delivery planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management, coupled with a deep understanding of resource optimization, makes you ideal for steering our transformative efforts towards success.
Working Experience:
- At least 8 years of working experience in program / delivery management, and / or medium / large-scale projects, a strong technical implementation background, and a proven delivery track record.
- Experience in working in a diverse organisation across front to back business processes.
- Education - Tertiary education
- Professional Qualifications
- Project Management certification (preferred).
- High proficiency with MS Project and MS Office suite of products is essential.
