What You'll Do

Be the face and voice of our brand, ensuring each guest feels welcome and well cared for:

• Greet and engage guests with genuine warmth and attention
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and phone inquiries efficiently
• Coordinate seating and guest flow for smooth operations
• Recognize returning guests and add a personal touch
• Work closely with teammates to maintain high service standards
• Handle feedback professionally and help us improve
• Step in to assist with front-of-house tasks when needed
• Friendly, confident, and calm even during busy times
• Service-oriented with a proactive, team-first attitude
• Previous F&B or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communicator who enjoys working in a team setting
