What you'll be doing

• Recruit, train, and retain volunteers for the centers
• Implement and monitor volunteer policies and procedures
• Develop and lead the volunteer leadership programmes
• Organise volunteer engagement, recognition, and outreach activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on volunteer and community initiatives
• Build partnerships with schools, corporates, and external organisations
• Support community engagement events, fundraising, and donor relations
• Maintain and update volunteer and stakeholder databases
• Monitor budgets and prepare reports for programmes and meetings

What we're looking for

• Certificate/ Nitec in Community & Social Services or relevant qualifications
• Similar working experience in community engagement or volunteer management is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data tracking
