Description

• Work closely with Sales Managers to support customer needs and respond to enquiries
• Review and analyze tender documents and requirements before submission
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Material Takeoff (MTO), and other tender-related documents
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for technical support and negotiations
• Track and follow up on the status of tenders, quotations, and proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Handle other sales-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Familiar with ACMV / HVAC System; especially BMS and good knowledge in the specifications, drawings and requirements
• Good understanding in local construction projects
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Preferably can join immediately or within short notice
