Job Title: Back-of-House Operations Lead, Dishwasher
Location: South Singapore
Full-Time | Rotating Shifts
Up to $3,500++ (Includes OT, shift/night allowances + bonuses)
Sign-On Bonus: One-month salary (upon confirmation)

• Oversee and run daily stewarding operations smoothly
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Keep stock and equipment inventory organised and updated
• Plan and execute deep-cleaning schedules regularly
• Jump in to support your team when things get busy

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years in stewarding or back-of-house kitchen roles
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (F&B preferred)
• Knows how to manage cleaning systems and hygiene protocols
• Can handle rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure
