Prepare and cook traditional Chinese soup and other dishes following company recipes and SOPs

Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency are maintained at all times

Assist in food prep (washing, cutting, marinating), ingredient handling, and storage

Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness of workstations

Supervisory & Management Duties:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead junior kitchen crew

Plan and coordinate kitchen staff schedules, breaks, and task assignments

Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (SFA compliance)

Monitor inventory usage and assist in ordering and stock checks

Train and mentor new staff to uphold company standards and SOPs

Communicate with service and outlet managers to ensure smooth front- and back-of-house coordination

Report any kitchen issues (equipment faults, supply delays, manpower shortages) to the outlet manager or HQ
