Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers in accordance with internal procedures
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of fund accounts, cash balances, and transaction records, resolving discrepancies with custodians, fund managers, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fund documentation and records (contracts, agreements, statements) in both physical and digital formats
  • Support the preparation of periodic fund reports, investor statements, and regulatory filings for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the end-to-end KYC and onboarding processes, including collecting documentation, performing due diligence checks, and liaising with banks and compliance teams
  • Coordinate with banks, custodians, auditors, fund administrators, and third-party vendors to ensure timely confirmation and settlement of transactions
  • Support audit preparation and regulatory reviews by collating required documentation and responding to queries
  • Track and manage deadlines related to fund administration, such as annual returns, financial statement submissions, and compliance filings
  • Handle general administrative tasks including record tracking, meeting scheduling, version control, and document management
  • Identify and suggest improvements to operational workflows, helping to increase efficiency and reduce risk
  • Work closely with other internal departments (e.g. Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Investment teams) to support smooth cross-functional operations
  • Support ad hoc tasks and operational projects assigned by the Fund Operations Manager
  • Ensure all sensitive financial and client information is handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with company policies

Candidate Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in fund operations, financial services, administration, or KYC/onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with KYC, client onboarding, or fund processing workflows is a strong advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving industry
