Key Responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
- Process daily fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers in accordance with internal procedures
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of fund accounts, cash balances, and transaction records, resolving discrepancies with custodians, fund managers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fund documentation and records (contracts, agreements, statements) in both physical and digital formats
- Support the preparation of periodic fund reports, investor statements, and regulatory filings for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the end-to-end KYC and onboarding processes, including collecting documentation, performing due diligence checks, and liaising with banks and compliance teams
- Coordinate with banks, custodians, auditors, fund administrators, and third-party vendors to ensure timely confirmation and settlement of transactions
- Support audit preparation and regulatory reviews by collating required documentation and responding to queries
- Track and manage deadlines related to fund administration, such as annual returns, financial statement submissions, and compliance filings
- Handle general administrative tasks including record tracking, meeting scheduling, version control, and document management
- Identify and suggest improvements to operational workflows, helping to increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Work closely with other internal departments (e.g. Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Investment teams) to support smooth cross-functional operations
- Support ad hoc tasks and operational projects assigned by the Fund Operations Manager
- Ensure all sensitive financial and client information is handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with company policies
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in fund operations, financial services, administration, or KYC/onboarding processes
- Familiarity with KYC, client onboarding, or fund processing workflows is a strong advantage
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally across teams and with external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving industry
