About the role
We are seeking a Centre Executive to oversee the operations and growth of our new I Can Read centre in Alexandra. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the administration of the centre
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including student enrolment, enquiries, assessments, registration etc
Scheduling classes to ensure optimal usage of resources (classrooms, teachers, materials etc.)
- Manage the centre's finances, including budgeting, invoicing, reporting etc. Ensure conformance to education regulations and government requirements
- Establish excellent rapport with parents, children and the teachers
- Responsible for maintaining professional appearance of the centre and staff, cleanliness and safe operations
The Candidate to have the following traits:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proactive with good organizational skills and time management
- Kind and nurturing approach when interacting with children
- Adaptable and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Minimum diploma or above
- Experience in Education, Retail or any other customer centric industries is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP software
Working hours
- Wednesday to Friday from 1pm to 9pm
- Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6.30pm
